Return Policy
At SARAH IZAT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any unused or unworn merchandise within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@sarahizat.com and include your order number, reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. We will then provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that all returned merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Any merchandise that has been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use a traceable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 14 days of receipt of the returned merchandise. Exchanges will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us info@sarahizat.com within 3 business days of receipt of the merchandise to arrange for a replacement or refund.
